On Friday morning, the Montana House Judiciary Committee attempted to curb our effort to repeal the death penalty. The Committee voted 9-11 on HB 370, tabling the bill.

But it's not over yet! We are still fighting, and we still need YOU to contact your legislators, and tell them you want to see an end to the broken, failed death penalty.
