Separate This! The Supreme Court's Influence on the Presidential Election
In a year of landmark cases before the Supreme Court, what will the release of the decisions do to the Presidential race? The Affordable Care Act and Arizona's SB1070 are just a few of the hot-button issues for which the Court will issue opinions shortly before the election. Join us as we look ahead to what could happen if rulings in either case go for or against President Obama's position and how the Democrats can leverage the results. We will also discuss generally the heightened level of interaction the Court has had with the parties in this election year.
