Networking events are the heart of WIN. From our two major events, Women Opening Doors for Women and Young Women of Achievement, to panel discussions and resume swaps, WIN events provide members with opportunities to meet like-minded women and build their personal and professional networks in the best manner possible: face-to-face interaction.

All WIN events are planned by volunteers. WIN members who volunteer on an event committee can gain valuable professional development in fundraising, event planning, public relations and more - all skills that WIN members might not have a chance to practice in their current jobs.
