The WIN Congressional Council consists of Democratic, pro-choice women members of the U.S. House and Senate. These women do not have formal obligations to the organization, but they have agreed to support the efforts of WIN and sometimes attend the organization's events. Congressional Council members serve for the duration of their congressional terms.
