Our Networks are the core of WIN. Networks bring WIN members together for monthly social, professional and programatic events, including panel discussions, workshops, receptions, resume swaps, happy hours and more. WIN Networks reflect the diverse professional and political interests of our members, reminding us of our strength in unity as Democratic, pro-choice women. Most importantly, networks exemplify WIN’s commitment to helping women up the ladder of opportunity through peer-to-peer networking.

Each network is guided by one or more Network Chair, who oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of WIN's monthly programming. Network Chairs are part of the leadership within the organization. WIN has over 19 networks - Arts & Culture, Book Group, Business Women, Campaign, Capitol Hill, Communications, Environment, Government Relations, International, Labor, Mid-Level Professionals, Nonprofit, Queer, Technology, Women of Color, Women in the Law, Women’s Health Policy, Working Mothers - providing a place for every woman in WIN.
