Mission Statement:
The WIN Labor Network is for WIN members who are members of or work for labor unions or are interested in the labor movement. Unions have long been champions of women’s and civil rights and continue to be the best anti-poverty program ever! From social events to networking and training opportunities, the Labor Network seeks to promote women while having fun.

Chair Bios:
Valarie Bachelor
Anne Bailey is currently a Political Assistant for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), the fastest-growing union in North America and one of the most diverse in the labor movement. She works nearly exclusively on the 2008 American Dream Campaign and is a Deployment Coordinator for the International Staff Deployment Program, that will send over 300 SEIU International Staff in the field to work on the Presidential Campaign. Anne moved to the DC area after college and worked at a political consulting firm before joining SEIU in February of 2007. Anne is a 2006 graduate of The University of South Carolina where she received her Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English. She is currently working on her Master's Degree in Public Policy part-time at George Mason University and is expected to finish in December 2010.
