The
Bay Area LEED Users Group (BAyLUG) will be hosting a presentation on LEED for Homes. Often misunderstood, LEED for Homes is an excellent market motivator and combined with other local programs has sparked the city-wide trend to adopt a green building ordinance. LEED for Homes came online in early 2008 and has begun to influence the spaces we occupy for over 1/3 of our lives. Please join other LEED AP's and sustainability professionals for an informative session on opportunities and challenges within the Homes program. Similar to the previous BAyLUG event, we will make the event engaging and collaborative in an effort to share knowledge within the group. Beer and wine will be provided; we ask for donations to sustain these events.
