Tour of 555 Mission: LEED CS Gold Case Study

July 22nd - 555 Mission St, San Francisco

For over three decades, Tishman Speyer has thought increasingly about sustainability, energy efficiency, respect for the environment and the people who inhabit our buildings. Consequently, 555 Mission Street achieved USGBC's LEED Gold certification.

555 Mission Street is a 34-story Class A Commercial Office building capturing stunning views of the city and the bay with floor-to-ceiling windows.  Providing a welcoming public plaza flowing seamlessly into a spectacular lobby area, through a 22-foot soaring glass wall and offering inviting terraces on select floors.  The design of 555 Mission took pride in the simple understanding that human beings live, work and breathe in the structures Tishman Speyer creates.
