The Alternatives to Marriage Project uses the media to educate the public about the reality of unmarried life and the problems caused by marital status discrimination and singlism.  Hundreds of people like you have shared their stories with journalists since 1998, leading to more informative news stories and better public understanding. 

Reporters are always looking for new people to interview, whether married or unmarried, single, coupled or poly, parenting or child-free, wanting or refusing to marry.  Most media outlets require that you share your name, age and home town.  If you are willing to share your story, AtMP will email you occasional media inquiries.
