In 2006, Rabbis for Human Rights – North America (RHR-NA) established The Raphael Lemkin Human Rights Awards to honor courageous and visionary human rights leaders working in North America and Israel.

This year we are honoring two exceptional human rights advocates: Dr. Naomi Chazan, President of the New Israel Fund and Aryeh Neier, President of the Open Society Institute. Please join us on December 5, 2010 from 3pm to 5pm at Congregation B'nai Jeshurun, 257 W. 88th St., New York City as we honor Dr. Chazan and Mr. Neier for their Courage, Voice and Vision.
