In a strict party-line vote, the Republican majority on the Legislature's Appropriations Committee just reported out a budget -- the details of which were negotiated secretly with Gov. Paul LePage --  that makes devastating cuts (click for more information) affecting seniors, women, children, people with disabilities and other vulnerable Mainers while continuing an irresponsible agenda of tax cuts that aren’t paid for.
