During his visit to Colombia, President Obama claimed that implementing the U.S.-Colombia free trade agreement will help create jobs and aid the economy. Say what?! Not only do these free trade agreements promote unfair trade, but they actually KILL jobs - both in the U.S. and abroad.  

And no mention of the Colombian farmers that will lose their livelihoods. No mention of the 2,800 trade unionists murdered since 1986.

We need to set the record straight.  

Please send a letter to the editor of your local newspapers to make sure that news coverage of Obama trip to Colombia reflects the real consequences of this new free trade agreement.
