A special reception will be held from 5:30-6:30 pm, and Dr. Inglis will begin her presentation at 6:30 followed by Q&A. This event is free.

Directions

We recommend parking on Frew Street and entering campus between Baker Hall and Hunt Library. There is metered parking ($2/Hr), but it is free after 6pm. Volunteers will be stationed at the entrances to Doherty Hall to direct you to Room 2315.

Dr. Inglis is a civil engineer and biologist with more than 20 years of experience in addressing issues at the nexus between urban development and the environment. She specializes in issues regarding low impact development (LID), stormwater management, and attainment of healthy watersheds and communities. Her national work on green infrastructure includes award-winning designs incorporating innovative and sustainable water resource protection techniques. An essential part of her work is bringing together government agencies, the public, developers, and environmental groups to integrate natural watershed functions as part of livable communities.
