Dance Ministry

The FWCC Dance Ministry combines the elements of American Sign Language, Mime, Drama,  Ballet, Jazz,  Lyrical, and Horton/ Graham based Modern Dance.  The ministry is intended to provide a space where members can grow spiritually and artistically through the integration of the arts and ministry.  The dance ministry at the Fort Washington Collegiate Church is an integral part of worship and offers the opportunity for professionals and non-professionals to experience worship in a deeper and meaningful way through the diverse expressions of music and movement. Through the participation in regular Sunday morning worship, special worship celebrations, concerts and special presentation, the ministry extends the mission of FWCC “to welcome, love and nurture all who seek comfort, peace, spiritual guidance and growth.”
