Keep Guns off Hickory Playgrounds

Under the recently passed House Bill 650 loaded, hidden guns are now allowed in city parks. However, the Hickory City Council has the right to prohibit guns in recreational facilities, such as playgrounds and athletic fields.

Send an email to the Hickory City Council, asking them to pass the ordinance keeping guns out of city recreational facilities including swimming pools, athletic fields and playgrounds.  Send the message "there’s no room for a gun on a playground."
