This PETITION will go to the Offices of the State Attorney General and Health & Senior Services Commissioner:

We the undersigned residents of Hudson County are concerned about the sale of Christ Hospital to Prime Healthcare Services, a for-profit, CA hospital chain. We ask that you:

• Carefully scrutinize this sale, including the process by which Prime Healthcare Services was chosen as the buyer without considering potential non-profit buyers and without seeking community input;
• Consider Prime Health Care's questionable patient care and billing practices, which are currently under investigation; and
• Ensure that any sale agreement protects the community's access to a full-service, acute care hospital and protects the working conditions and rights of the hospital's employees
