Rep. Ryan, chairman of the House Budget Committee, has been a key leader during recent budget debates. He developed a budget blueprint, The Path to Prosperity: Restoring America’s Promise, which was approved by the House this spring but did not win Senate passage. Ryan will continue to play a critical role as the national budget discussion continues.
