The Latino Community Fund (LCF) was formed in 2006 by a group of Washington State residents of Hispanic/Latino heritage in order to address the growing needs of the Latino community. The Latino Community Fund's approach is to capitalize on the Latino community's best resource, it's people, in order to identify, share and advocate for successful culturally relevant and linguistically appropriate organizations, programs and practices.
