A California Housing Partnership Corporation survey of California LIHTC developers demonstrated that improvements to the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program could move as many as 155 LIHTC developments forward this year and provide more than 16,000 jobs and nearly 13,000 affordable homes in California alone.
