Endangered Species Day at BioPark

The U.S. Fish andWildlife Service's Southwest Region will celebrate Endangered Species Day at the Albuquerque NM BioPark, at the Zoo, from 10AM-2PM. We will have informational tables set up with educational handouts for children and adults. We will also have two small displays with live endangered species, a fish tank with the Rio Grande silvery minnow, and another with Chiricahua leopard frogs. We will also have a display of wildlife items confiscated by our Office of Law Enforcement to show and teach people about the illegal wildlife trade. If you are in the area come out and visit.
