**Tell Congress to keep anti-wildlife attacks off year-end bills**

Speak out for wolves, bighorn sheep, imperiled frogs and other wildlife. Tell Congress to pass needed funding bills without attacks on wildlife.

As the year draws to a close, Congress is scrambling to pass needed funding bills. House majority party members are using this rush to insert anti-wildlife, anti-environment measures that would threaten wolves, polar bears, endangered frogs, bighorn sheep and other already imperiled species.

Take action: Tell your Senators and Representative to pass a clean omnibus spending bill, free of anti-wildilfe, anti-environment attacks.

These funding bills are needed, must-pass legislation. Unfortunately, House majority party leaders are attempting to exploit this situation to pass unpopular proposals that have been on their wish lists all year. Among them:

Blocking protections for wetlands and streams--putting endangered and threatened bird, fish, and amphibian species at great risk.
Allowing power plants and oil and gas refineries to dump unlimited amounts of global warming pollution into the air.
Forcing the approval of more risky, offshore drilling.
Putting the Grand Canyon and its wildlife in peril by opening adjacent lands to dirty uranium mining.
Exposing wildlife to poisonous pesticides by preventing the EPA from consulting with federal wildlife experts.
Obstructing judicial review of gray wolf Endangered Species Act de-listings.
Attacking protections for endangered and threatened wild bighorn sheep.

Call your Members of Congress now and urge them to finish their work without undermining wildlife and environmental protections.
