Support The Microfinance & Microenterprise Enhancement Act

A promising new bill—the Microfinance and Microenterprise Enhancement Act—is currently under consideration by the Senate.

This innovative bill would help expand economic opportunities for women and the very poorest, help protect microfinance clients from harmful financial products and practices and ensure fair and equal treatment, and invest in innovative programs to reach the most marginalized populations around the world.

But none of this will be possible if the bill does not pass review by the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. It’s up to us to ensure it gets the support it needs to come to a vote!
