Support the Resolution to Overturn Citizens United

With the pervasive influence of unlimited and unaccounted for money in elections unleashed by Citizens United v. FEC, a constitutional amendment is needed to overturn the Court's decision. Please support Massachusetts's efforts to do so by asking your legislators to support a resolution (S.772) calling upon Congress to "to pass and send to the states for ratification a constitutional amendment to restore the First Amendment and fair elections to the people."
