Members of the Warehouse Worker Organizing Committee were illegally fired for organizing to improve conditions at Walmart's largest distribution center, located in Elwood, IL. Walmart's contractor, Roadlink Workforce Solutions, broke the law. The National Labor Relations Board has told Roadlink to reinstate the workers with full back pay, but the company is stalling. Walmart must enforce its own Standards for Suppliers and the law allowing workers to organize for fair wages, a safe workplace and an end to discrimination.
We need to stop illegal retaliation for organizing in the Walmart supply chain! Join us in calling on Walmart and Roadlink to reinstate the workers with pay now.
